Setting up a lottery syndicate is a relatively easy job; all you have to do is decide on the members of the group, then appoint one as a manager (who will buy the tickets/collect the prizes/etc). It is also recommended that a professional person, like a doctor or lawyer, witness the agreement and it's signing in order to help it's legitimacy. There are other considerations for members of a lottery syndicate, such as deciding if they want to feature in lottery publicity if a jackpot prize is won – it is generally agreed that the more detail a syndicate agreement document goes into, the better it is for everybody involved.
